Madeline is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Law/Arts (Honours) at Monash University. She aims to become a practicing lawyer at the completion of her studies and has a particular interest in family law.

Madeline is one of the friendly voices you will hear when you first contact Smith Family Law. Prior to joining Smith Family Law, Madeline previously worked in a boutique family law on the Mornington Peninsula. She currently volunteers with the Peninsula Community Legal Centre and What Were You Wearing? Australia. These experiences have provided Madeline with an understanding of the nature and complexities of family law matters.

Outside of work, Madeline enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with her family and her dachshund.
